Beschrijving
Police Superintendent Sung Kwok Ming (Alex Fong) just returned to Hong Kong from his training course in the USA. His mission is to set up a Special Project Group to carry out a series of investigations. The main targets are the legendary triad leader Yip Chow (Ekin Cheng) and the newly-emerged influential figure with the gang, Gwai Jai (Stephen Fung).
Yip has just been released after seving eight years in a Thai prison. After returning to Hong Kong, Yip is determined to reform himself and leave behind his nefarious past. However, Sung believes that Yip intends to use his business empire as a front for more illegal activities.
Gwai Jai is worried that Yip will also threaten his own growing power, so begins planning his own challenge. Sung places both targets under close surveillance, determined to see them both behind bars.
